Unfortunately, we have discovered an issue on the operating system level of several of our database servers. This issue does not affect performance of the databases, but affects our operational capabilities, and therefore this warrants an urgent maintenance window. The platform will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

As usual we have timed the maintenance window to be outside normal working hours for most of our customers, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate all our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
